Read the following details and tips attentively, as they will help you preserve your Lost Fables leather object and make it your lifelong companion for wherever your story may take you.
FIRST 12 MONTHS
In the unlikely event your handbag needs repair (e.g. a strap or a handle breaks or something needs to be restitched) within 12 months of the purchase date, we would arrange the collection of your bag, repair it and ship it back to your chosen address free of charge. A receipt of online purchase from www.houseoflostfables.com will be required. Please note that normal wear and tear of the leather is excluded from this offer. Complimentary services do not include the repair of leather marks or stains (please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather), this also excludes the softening of the bag’s shape with use that often occurs with leather goods, as these are not quality faults. However, we do offer repair services for leather damages for a fee. Please contact us using the email above for more information.
AFTER 12 MONTHS
Please note that in the unlikely event a piece of hardware or leather should break after 12 months we will replace the piece of hardware or leather provided we still have that piece of hardware or leather type/color in stock, as we are unable to order additional hardware units once a style has been discontinued.

From hardware replacement to leather replacement, our atelier will ensure that your object can continue to be apart of your story.
We offer complimentary repair services to our clients who have purchased a handbag from our online store in the unlikely event there is a bag failure not related to normal wear and tear. Our chevre is a durable leather imported from Mazamat, France, by one of the world's most skilled and storied tanneries. Selected for its durabile, scratch resistant finish, this leather is used on the exterior and interior of many of our leather objects.
Do not clean with soap and water. Spot clean only with leather cleaner followed by a leather conditioner. Should the product get wet, please remove any residual moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. We recommend a professional leather cleaning service for cleaning. Please get in touch with us customerservice@houseoflostfables.com to have your bag cleaned without void of warranty. Protect your bag from the elements (rain, snow, extreme light/heat/humidity, etc.). Avoid contact with pens, alcohol, markers, dyes, makeup, oily substances, dark or raw textiles (e.g.jeans). Store your leather object in the provided storage boxes and dust bag when not in use in a dry, temperate place away from direct sunlight.

Our Togo is a very durable leather imported from Weinheim, Germany by the one of the most skilled and storied tanneries in the world. Selected for its durabile, scratch resistant finish and light but stiff structure, this leather is used on the exterior of our leather objects.
