SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All our bags and accessories are made to order as we are a small boutique retailer, and we handcraft every accessory as if it was a work of art. we will craft your order after your payment has been approved. We typically ship your leather object within 4 weeks from purchase. However, this time can fluctuate due to demand or availability of materials out of our control. If you purchase our bags and accessories as a gift, we recommend you buy them well before four weeks to ensure timely delivery. 

We understand that life changes might happen while crafting your bag or accessory. If you experience a change of address, don't hesitate to contact us. Lost Fables is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address. Please notify us of a change of address along with your order number via email to avoid a loss of the product. 

We currently ship lost fables products to North America and Europe only. Express shipping is available upon request at checkout. Each order will be insured to protect against theft, loss or damage during shipping. 

Lost Fables bags and accessories are made and shipped from the United States of America. Lost Fables is not responsible for any additional customs/duties/import fees applicable during delivery or for countries who refuse delivery of our goods from the United States. Please get in touch with your local customs office if you have questions about additional customers/duties/additional fees as they apply.

We know four weeks can be quite the wait, especially in a world where everything is on-demand, fast, and convenient. However, artisan-made bags and accessories take a different approach to manufacturing because they are crafted with longevity, sustainability, and excellence in mind.

We will provide updates on your order throughout the entire process.

You will receive an email containing your order details and tracking information when orders are shipped. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Our bags and accessories are made to order to reduce waste and environmental impact. Thus we encourage you to refrain from returning bags and accessories unless the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. However, we will offer a refund or exchange if the product is unsatisfactory. We do not cover the costs of shipping for returns. The sender pays for these costs. Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. You must return the sent articles via ups® using our return system to do this. Unfortunately, Lost Fables will not accept merchandise that appears damaged by the customer and be returned to the customer without a refund.

If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value. Please contact us via email, and our team will send you the pre-paid return label by email.
